Rare and unique Victorian American iron and brass double bed with lovely shaping and very good detail in decorative castings and brass central decoration. The original naturally aged paint finish has been cleaned and waxed to preserve. Suitable for double mattress size 4'6" x 6'3"/135cm x 190cm. The bed has been professionally restored with side rails checked for good fit and strengthened and adapted to support wood slats.
