This attractive Empire style day bed is incredibly charming and practical, with very nice naturally aged paint work. which has been cleaned and waxed to preserve. Fluted columns and feet with carved decoration and knobs. Currently upholstered in usable draco velvet fabric in a lovely forest green colour. The fabric has been cleaned and refreshed, whilst it is perfectly usable, we can get this bed re-upholstered for you in your own supplied fabric for £335. Price includes wood slats (Sorry not mattress). As an alternative to the wood slats we can supply a 2” deep upholstered boxed base – Bed photographed on slats. Bedsteads have been sourcing, restoring and retailing antique beds and bedroom furniture for over 30 years. We do have many beds awaiting restoration if you are looking for a particular style and can send images if requested. We have our own workshops located along side our showroom in a beautiful medieval barn seven miles south of Bristol. Local, National and International delivery can be arranged.
