This enchanting dark green king size bed has a fabulous lightness in it’s appearance. This bed is a true gem, a lovely example of Irish beds of this age. Ideal any bedroom or particularly a room blessed with a lovely view, due to the beds no-end formation. The side rails have been lovingly checked to ensure a good and secure fit, the rails have been adapted to support for wood slats or a bed base and a standard king size mattress measuring 150cm x 200cm / 5’ x 6’6”. This bed has been fully and professionally restored, with the whole frame having been shot blasted and primed prior to a hand-painted finish in Little Greene’s Obsidian Green Colour. The price includes wood slats, sorry not mattress. As an alternative to wood slats, we can also supply boxed bed bases in 2” or 4” depths. We would recommend no deeper than 2” as used in photograph.
