Classic Victorian double brass and iron bed with good definition in decorative castings. Professionally restored with joints checked for good fit and side rails adapted to support wood slats. Shot blasted and primed prior to hand paint in Little Green paint company Jet Black and waxed to preserve. Original brass bell caps, knobs and straight rail lightly cleaned to preserve natural patina. Suitable for standard double mattress 4'6" x 6'3"/ 140cm x190cm. Price includes pine wood slats (sorry not mattress) As an alternative to the wood slats we can supply a 2"platform top or 4" platform top or sprung top mini box base.
