Very handsome king size all brass bed. Lovely quality with spectacular detail min the knobs and collars and central decorative details in foot end .Original porcelain castors. Naturally aged brass gives has been sympathetically cleaned to preserve the lovely patina.Whole bed has been checked to ensure good assembly. Side rails have been adapted to support wood slats and modern length and king size mattress 150cm x 200cm/5' x 6'6". Price includes wood slats (sorry not mattress) As an alternative to wood slats we can supply mini box bases for superior mattress support or to raise get into bed height either 2" deep with a platform top (as used for photograph) or 4" in hard top or sprung. We can also supply hand made mattresses in all comfort choices as a whole or as two mattresses zipped with different tensions. Please see the mattress section on our website for further information.
