Simply lovely lower height classic late Victorian black and brass king size bed. Really nice individual simple detail in the castings. Aged brass knobs, rail and collars The bed has been fully restored with rails extended to suit standard king size mattress 5' x 6'6"/150cm x 200cm. Joints have been checked for good fit and rails strengthened and adapted to support wood slats. The whole frame has been shot blasted and primed prior to hand paint finish in Little Green paint company Jet black and waxed to preserve. Price includes wood slats (sorry not mattress) As an alternative to the wood slats we can supply mini box bases for superior mattress support and to raise the get into bed height.
