Attractive Portuguese king size

This attractive Portuguese king size bed has a lovely light appearance with solid construction. Lovely simple lines, with a mirrored curve and curl in the head and foot end. Both head and foot feature the classic floral bouquet casting often seen on Portuguese beds. The frame has been shot blasted and fully restored and painted in Little Green Company Light Bronze Green, with a dark wax over to preserve. The bed has been checked for rigidity and the side rails have been lengthened, strengthened and adapted to support wood slats. Price includes wood slats (sorry not mattress). As an alternative to the wood slats we can sprung or hard top bed bases. These raise the get into bed height and offer a superior support for quality mattresses. Photo on 2” box base.
