American beds of such quality tend to be on the rarer side in regards to how often we come across them. This beautiful bed has classically large clamps, indicative of American beds of the era. Flowing lines and foliate inspired castings add a touch of softness to aged iron and gold original paint finish. Original brass uprights in head and foot, which we have cleaned and polished. Professionally restored to be sturdy and practical, the frames naturally aged and original paint finish has been waxed to preserve. The side rails have been extended, strengthened and adapted to support wood slats or a bed base.
