Bedsteads have been manufacturing beds since 1989.
During this time we have collected a large variety of brass bedknobs and bed fittings.
All our bed fittings are made to the highest quality, either solid brass or solid steel and can be supplied in their raw state or fully polished and lacquered.

Comprehensive Restoration Service

• Shot Blasting :
  Before re-enamelling iron beds, all paint rust and scale, has to be removed.
• Powdercoating/Stove Enamelling :
  A tough and durable finish with a very high chip resistance.
  Available in a variety of colours and finishes.
• Welding & Repairs :
  Welding of cast iron, steel, copper, brass and silver solder.
• Brass Polishing & Lacquering :
  Brass beds are fully dissmantled. All old lacquer is removed and the surfaces thoroughly cleaned.
  Brass is then polished to a mirror finish, left raw or lacquered.
